this is the view from my office window.
today they are paving the alley between my office and the back door of Ace’s on 1st.
yesterday they sprayed the ground with some sticky oily/tar stuff in preparation.
it’s giving me a petroleum based buzz.
so I went over to check the progress - so far they haven’t made it this far - but we were told between now and 3:3O or so they will be taking care of business out there - or what Elvis would have probably called TCB.
can’t wait for the noisy part of this buzz…machines and more smells…
the best part of checking the progress through this little window every now and then (we have 3 of those windows - covering the span of about 50 ft - but this is my favorite) is that it reminds me that a cool beer would be a nice thing to have…
